Suleiman Rakhmanov graduated from National Metallurgical academy of Ukraine in 1980.

All his scientific, occupational and educational work is connected with National Metallurgical academy of Ukraine, Pipe and Tube Institute, Interpipe Company, Nikopol Pipe Works, Dnipropetrovsk Pipe Works.

At present he deals with dynamics and durability of heavy equipment in the metallurgy.

He is the author of number of scientific articles, textbooks and inventions.

Works at the Theoretical mechanics Department of National Metallurgical academy of Ukraine.
